Using the growth cycle of geese as a metaphor, this model emphasizes how to effectively make decisions and manage in an environment of uncertainty and dynamic change.

The basic framework of the goose model can be divided into several key stages. The first is the "incubation phase", which means in-depth research and data collection at the beginning of problem identification. Through observation and analysis, potential opportunities and challenges can be identified. This process emphasizes the importance of information, ensuring that adequate background knowledge is obtained before making decisions.

Next comes the "growth phase", which requires constant verification and adjustment. In this process, the key is experimentation and feedback mechanisms. Risk is mitigated by testing hypotheses and revising them in small pilot projects. At the heart of this phase is flexibility, ensuring adaptation to changing circumstances.

Then there is the "maturity stage", when the model has formed a more stable structure that can effectively cope with external pressures and internal challenges. At this stage, it is important to establish good management and decision-making mechanisms to ensure the flow of information and collaboration between teams. The success of the maturity phase depends on the accumulation of previous phases, emphasizing the coherence and coordination of the system.

Finally, there is the "regeneration stage", at which time the whole process needs to be reflected and summarized. This phase focuses on continuous improvement and innovation to ensure that the model can adapt to future changes. During this process, the organization should regularly evaluate the effectiveness of its strategy and execution in order to adjust the direction in a timely manner.
