TERMS OF SALE

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the sale and purchase of creative services and digital products (collectively, "Products") on YLL.org (the "Platform"). By purchasing a Product on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

• "Buyer" means the individual or entity purchasing a Product on the Platform.
• "Creator" means the individual or entity providing the Product on the Platform.
• "Product" means any creative service or digital product offered for sale on the Platform.
• "Platform" means YLL.org.

2. Product Purchases

All Product purchases are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in these Terms. The Creator will provide the Buyer with a unique download link or access to a digital product upon receipt of payment.

3. Payment Terms

Payment for Products will be made through website's payment processing system. The Buyer will be charged the listed price for the Product at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Product Use

Buyers are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sub licensable license to use the Product for personal or commercial purposes.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

The Creator retains all intellectual property rights to the Product, including but not limited to copyright, trademarks, and patents. Buyers do not acquire any ownership rights to the Product or any intellectual property rights related thereto.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The Creator disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• The quality or suitability of the Product.
• The accuracy or completeness of any information provided with the Product.
• The absence of errors or defects in the Product.

7. Liability Limitation

In no event will the Creator be liable for:

• Any damages resulting from the use or misuse of the Product
• Any damages resulting from any errors or defects in the Product
• Any damages resulting from any breach of these Terms

8. Indemnification

Buyers agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Creator, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, losses, damages, costs, and expenses arising from:

• Any breach of these Terms.
• Any use or misuse of the Product.
• Any errors or defects in the Product.

9. Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with United States law.

10. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the Buyer and Creator regarding the sale and purchase of Products on the Platform.

By purchasing a Product on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms.
