If you would like to join this ride, you can add this program and schedule in your routine along with other goals that you are working on. I have designed a practical plan that will be flexible for your time.

The focuses of this 4 week plan : We will be working on increasing our active range of motion and mobility. That means the ability of your body to move itself without relying on external help like strap or someone to help you reach, ability of your muscles to move your joints and decrease the limitations. This will be an excellent fundamental and basic that you body needs for the daily life function and achieving any physical goals.

Note If you really want to progress, you need to give your body sometimes to repeat the same routine. At least 4 weeks. So this plan would work well for all levels, if you like to repeat it more than 4 weeks, that is absolutely great too.
