As a fan of making wooden animal statues, I am inspired by the mystery and beauty of nature. I like to observe the gestures and expressions of animals and then concentrate their souls in the wood with my heart.

My materials are mainly wood from sustainable forests, such as birch and cherry. Each piece of wood has its own unique texture and color, and these natural features make each piece unique. During the sculpting process, I use a variety of tools, from traditional hand knives to modern electric engraving machines, to create the animal forms in minute detail. From the elegant deer to the simple bear, each statue has been repeatedly polished and trimmed to achieve perfection.

Making wooden animal statues is not only a hobby for me, but also a spiritual sustenance. When carving, I feel the temperature and texture of the wood, as if I can have an intimate dialogue with nature. Every time I finish a piece of work and see it shimmering in the sun, the sense of accomplishment is beyond words.

Besides, as a woodcarving enthusiast, I also enjoy sharing my passion with like-minded people. By participating in local craft shows and online communities, I have the opportunity to exchange experiences and share tips with other artists. This communication not only enriched my craft, but also allowed me to make many passionate friends.

In general, making wooden animal statues is an art form that fills me with satisfaction and pleasure. In every sculpture, I am exploring and creating, constantly challenging myself, and pursuing a higher level of craftsmanship. In the future, I hope to continue to carry forward this hobby, create more amazing works, and let more people feel the charm of wood carving art.
