As a cake lover, I enjoy participating in various baking classes and networking activities. Through sharing and discussing with other enthusiasts, I learned a lot of baking tips, such as how to grasp the best time to whip cream, how to make a cake more fluffy and so on. These experiences have not only improved my baking skills, but also allowed me to make many like-minded friends in the process.
As well as making cakes, I'm also keen to find good bakeries hidden away in corners of the city.
