My bartending journey began with a chance cocktail party. I was fascinated by the light and aroma of the bartenders who were working behind the bar to create a variety of drinks. Since then, I have tried to learn the techniques and theories of bartenders, exploring the characteristics of different ingredients, how to create atmosphere through mixing, and how to combine the flavor and emotional depth of each cocktail.

The charm of bartending lies in its variety and creativity. Whether it's a classic martini or a variety of creative cocktails, each drink has its own unique story and philosophy behind it. In the process of mixing wine, I not only enjoy the fun of experimentation, but also enjoy sharing my drinks with friends. Seeing them smile because of a sip of wine is the motivation for me to continue to explore.
