I've come to realize that life is full of hidden patterns, waiting to be discovered. The art of noticing is a skill I've been honing, and it's changed the way I see the world. At first, it was just a habit – paying attention to the little things, like the way the light filters through the blinds in the morning, or the sound of birds chirping outside my window. But as I continued to notice these small details, I began to see the world in a new light.

I noticed the way strangers smiled at me on the street, the way a good cup of coffee can brighten up an entire day, and the way a sunset can make my heart skip a beat. I noticed the imperfections in myself and others, and instead of focusing on what was wrong, I began to appreciate the beauty in our uniqueness.

Noticing has become a form of meditation for me – a way to slow down and savor each moment. It's helped me develop patience, empathy, and gratitude. And as I continue to notice the world around me, I'm reminded that life is full of beauty and wonder, even in its most mundane moments
