My cake journey began at a birthday party as a child, when I was amazed by the combination of candles and cakes, the combination of sweet cream and soft sponge cake, as if you could feel happiness in one bite. With the passage of time, this sweet memory turned into the love and pursuit of cake.

I love exploring a variety of flavors of cake, from classic chocolate to refreshing lemon blueberry, each of which leads me on a new palate journey. At home, I often try to make my own creative cakes and enjoy the fun of mixing the ingredients. Every time I see the ふわふわ cake steaming from the oven, my heart always arises a sense of achievement.

Taking cake baking classes is also part of my life. In the class, I exchanged skills and ideas with like-minded friends. Every time I learn a new technique, a new decoration, I feel very excited. In the process, I not only improved my baking skills, but also made me meet many people who also love cakes.

Every time I walk into the kitchen and see the colorful ingredients and tools, I feel a rush of creative passion in my heart. Cake making is more than just a skill, it's an art form, and I love using different flavors and decorations to convey my emotions and creativity.

I love to try all kinds of cakes, from classic sponge cakes to creative fondant cakes, each with its own unique charm. I also often attend some baking courses to learn new skills and knowledge from professional pastry chefs and improve my production level. At the same time, I also like to share my work on social media to exchange experiences and inspire each other with other people who also love baking.

Every time I see my family and friends taste my homemade cakes, I feel the satisfaction and sense of accomplishment that makes it all worth it. My goal is to keep challenging myself and experimenting with more innovative flavors and designs to make every baking experience unique. I believe that cake is not only a kind of food, but also a bond of sharing and warming the heart.
